Getting Paid

With a lot of affiliate programs they pay the commissions you have accumulated in a set period via a company called PayPal.

Anyone with a PayPal account and an email address can transfer funds to anyone with the same in most all countries around the world.

The other plus point is they can also take credit card payments for website sales so opening an account with them is highly advisable.

There is no cost involved in opening a PayPal account or unlike others to include them as your payment processor for products for sale on your website, there are no monthly fees and they don't charge anything to receive payments either,

if you use them as your payment processor for your website sales the good part is there's just a charge of a small transaction fee and a percentage of the sale price.

When you open your account you'll need to select the Premier account to receive commissions from an affiliate program and to use them on your site, you will be asked several security questions so you can access your account in the future.

I'd advise you to have a pen and paper handy and write down everything you type in as if you forget any of these details you won't be able to get back in easily.

As for security reasons they won't send your details to you by email, you'll have to telephone them and supply a lot of identification ducuments before you'll be able to access your account again, quite a lot of hassle but it does show your account is very secure.

There are other payment processors that will give your customers different payment options, to see more click on the Payment Processors link to the right.
